The Rhine valley has seen many nations come and go over the centuries; they plundered, but they also left behind a legacy. This cultural exchange also took place in the cooking pot.
We are left with a regional cuisine which is influenced not only by tradition, but also by the often exciting combination of old and new wether vegan/vegetarian or with meat.
